Office Policies and Financing

Office Policies:

It is the policy of Dr. Bruce Topol’s office to bill to all insurance companies that we have contracts with.  The most common policies are Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Healthcare Value Management, Great West Life, Medicare, Medicaid of New Hampshire, Private Health Care Systems, Tufts Health Plan and United Healthcare.  For all other commercial carriers payment is expected at the time of service, but we are happy to assist you with billing your plan.

All office visit copays are requested to be paid the day of your visit.  This helps the office keep costs down to the consumer and to help decrease costly billing.

All cosmetic procedures are to be paid in full 2-weeks in advance of the surgery date.
